It's good write down what you prefer/expect from the transactions/deals so the customers can try to accommodate to your needs and preference.
This can also minimize misunderstandings.

It's also good to get some feedbacks on your services, so you'll know what you need to improve on, and what you need to maintain.
Customers can click on this column and leave a feedback easily!
Traffic Flow:
I think its essential to keep track of the traffic flow on the blogshop so that we can work on how to improve the marketing and advertising of the shop.
Details of items:
Images are definitely needed, duh!
I tend to give the 3 different views, front, side and back, as well as a close up if there is minute details on the item.
Item numbers, e.g. Item #16 in this case will be given, and I also name the items in case there is a mix up in the item numbers.
Colors avaialble will be stated, e.g. (State Peach/Black/White/Pink/Blue)
Status of the item must be included so customers will know if the item is still available!
Last but not least, include your contact so the customers can get back to you!
I am kiasu so I included my contact not once but twice!
That's all for the work on the blog, but thats not all for the work elsewhere!
I still do advertising on facebook by creating a group page and send message to members whenever there is a new collection launched.

I forgot to mention about the photo taking part!
Sometimes I'll ask my friend who has a home-based studio at her place, to help me with the photo-taking, or I will head down to external studios and rent their place at SGD 40-50 per hour!
